These massagers work with continuum vacuum. The vacuum pump is working during the whole cycle.

Models are available for small processors with the following meat tumbling capacities:

• VT-500 : 500 pounds (225 kg)
• VT-1000 : 1000 pounds (450 kg)

 




Models are available for industrial processors with the following meat tumbling capacities:

• VT-2000 : 2000 pounds (900 kg)
• VT-4000 : 4000 pounds (1800 kg)
• VT-6000 : 6000 pounds (2700 kg)
• VT-8000 : 8000 pounds (3600 kg)
